As of the date writing this page we have never had a product returned to us and probably never will. The reason is; a person purchasing a product from this Web Site would not have done so unless they had a specific purpose for it but the Law states we must have a written Return Policy. Please read it carefully.

You or Your or Purchaser means the person who purchased the product.

General Policy

The following is this web sites Return Policy applicable only to products purchased by you directly from this Web Site.

The product may be returned for a replacement or refund within 20 days only from the date your order was posted by us. The date will be stated on the postal receipt on the outside of the products packaging.

We Do Not Accept Returns

• If you ordered the incorrect length of Chain.
• If you changed your mind.

You Must Include When Returning A Product

• A Return Product Authorization Number (RPAN). You may obtain a RPAN by contacting us before returning the product.
• Product returned in the original packaging.
• The original invoice / receipt.

Return Delivery and Insurance Cost

The purchaser is responsible to pay the cost of freight and insurance to return the product to us. The insured value should be the full purchase price.

Purchaser Will Be Charged A Re-stocking Fee As Follows

1. The cost we incurred to delivery the product to you.
2. Re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchaser original total invoice value.

The above will be deducted off the total amount the purchaser paid us before we refund the balance to the purchaser by an agreed method eg. crediting the purchaser Bank Account or Credit Card.
